According to Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, the purpose of the ordinances was to speed up government operations. He made his statement Monday in Dhangadhi while speaking to reporters.
The Home Minister was also certain that the ordinances will be timely introduced and approved by the parliament. He maintained that the ordinances could be passed without any issues.
The current two-party agreement-based administration would remain in place until the general election in 2084, he said. The Minister further clarified that managing the NC-UML coalition was not hampered.
“Irrespective of the individual view of politicos, the government is no difficulty in its functioning,” he stated.
