Not as much as it should be: the law

Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, the Speaker of the National Assembly, has stated that the Parliament did not pass the law as required. Speaking to the media here today, he stated that several legislation have yet to be passed. Speaker Timilsina stated that no measure was passed by the National Assembly during his tenure, and that it was delayed. “The government itself could not bring the bill”, he added. Chairman Timilsina stated that there are no more bills in the National Assembly. He went on to say, “We have passed the bill that came to the National Assembly on time.” President Timilsina stated that the government should make lawmaking a priority. He stated that his time was successful because the bill that came before parliament was passed and sent on time.
