The popularity of Sanskrit language around the world has been emphasized by President Ramchandra Paudel, who has also highlighted its significance in colleges and its timeless teachings. He mentioned sages such as Ved Vyasa, Valmiki, and Vishwamitra, citing Nepal as their birthplace. Paudel also emphasized the part played by the Jayatu Sanskritam movement in bringing democracy to Nepal.
