Damodar Bhandari, Minister of Industry, Commerce, and Supply, has underlined the importance of an international sales room for promoting items produced by micro, domestic, and small enterprises. He has guaranteed the Ministry of Industry’s cooperation for any required assistance and concessions.
Bhandari noted that small scale, domestic, and small enterprises have produced many employment and that measures to support these industries will be included in the future budget. Potential micro, domestic, and small industries will be exempt from taxes for a limited time, and a specific program for capital, technology, and access to these businesses will be implemented to boost domestic output.
The state will assist the Federation of Nepal Domestic and Small Industries’ annual industrial show to increase the market for industrial items manufactured by micro, domestic, small, and female entrepreneurs.
