Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has underlined the significance of excellent administration and a paperless system for the future world. He spoke at a scientific conference titled ‘Artificial Intelligence for a Prosperous Nepal, Jobs in the Future’, arguing that technology should be prioritized for service delivery.

The government will launch programs to advance computer technology, robotics technology, data science, machine learning, Internet of Things, and computational infrastructure. The policy on artificial intelligence will be incorporated into the National Science Technology and
Innovation Policy, 2076, and the Digital Nepal Framework, 2019. The Prime Minister’s Private Secretariat will prioritize projects that improve artificial intelligence’s role in innovation and productivity growth. The conference seeks to make the ideal of a thriving Nepal a reality.
