The Office of the Attorney General’s report for fiscal year 2080/81 has been submitted to President Ram Chandra Poudel. President Poudel emphasized the need for more scientific, effective, and factual investigation, prosecution, debate, advocacy, and defense of government cases. He emphasized the importance of victim justice and victim-friendly administration. The Attorney General’s responsibility is to ensure justice and compensation for victims, and the Office will also focus on ensuring the Constitution’s protection of crime victims’ fundamental rights. Attorney General Badal presented the summary of the report at the event.
