Citizen Investment Fund and Siuri Nyadi Power Limited have reached a bilateral agreement on share guarantees. The agreement guarantees the common shares to be issued by Siuri Nyadi, which would issue three crore 360,000 784 shares at Rs. 100 each. The guarantee fund will issue shares worth Rs., and the fund has already worked with other enterprises on share guarantee projects. The agreement was signed by both Executive Director Parbat Kumar Karki and Chairman Shailendra Guragai.
