Shram Sanskriti Party Chairman Harkraj Rai (Sampang) has filed his nomination from Sunsari-1. He had reached the commission office along with his supporters to file his nomination.
He was elected mayor of Dharan as an independent candidate in the 2079 BS local elections. After filing his nomination, Sampang said that he would now lead the federal government.
