In response to the Supreme Court’s decision, Kathmandu University wrote the Medical Education Commission proposing that B&C Medical College of Durga Prasai be affiliated. The committee had ceased earlier contact, according to Dr. Manoj Humagai, dean of the Department of Medical Science, but they have now recommended the affiliation because the Supreme Court’s decision needs a reference within 15 days.
