In remembrance of the goddess’s victory in the Anglo-Nepal battle at Tansen, Palpa, Nepal is hosting the Ranaujireshwori Bhagawati rath jatra, a chariot parade. Along with the 205th triumph rally, President Ram Chandra Paudel is expected to be the guest of honor. Palpa district will have a holiday, according to the Lumbini Province authorities. Palpa district’s biggest event and jatra is the chariot, which was made by Colonel Ujir Singh Thapa in 1876. The Lumbini Province’s Chief Minister, Chet Narayan Acharya, stressed the value of protecting historical and cultural legacies and fostering intercaste and cross-cultural peace.
