40 people will be on Balen Shah’s side in the proportional list of the National Independent Party (RSP). This agreement was reached between Rabi Lamichhane and Balen on Sunday morning. The Election Commission is scheduled to submit the closed list of candidates for the proportional election system today and tomorrow.
The names of 110 people have to be submitted on the proportional side. Sources said that it has been agreed to submit the names of 40 candidates from Balen Shah’s side and the rest from the RSP.
This issue is not mentioned in the 7-point agreement signed between the RSP and Balen on Sunday morning. However, sources said that there was a verbal agreement on this.
