National Independent Party (RSWP) Joint General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya has withdrawn his name from the proportional list. Sources have said that he withdrew his name to be active in various activities of the party after the number of people expressing interest in proportional representation increased.
He was recommended as the first candidate for the proportional representation from the party’s Khas Arya faction.
