Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) has discussed with the top leaders of the power partner parties and the Chief Ministers of the provinces on strengthening the implementation of federalism. According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, at the Prime Minister’s Residence, Baluwatar, Prime Minister Dahal discussed the problems encountered in coordination between the Union, Provinces and local levels for the implementation of federalism and the measures to be adopted in the coming days.
Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba, Deputy Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka, CPN (Maoist Center) Deputy Secretary General Varshman Pun, CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), Democratic Socialist Party (LOSP), Civil Liberties Party (Naupa) and other party leaders participated. The Chief Ministers of the seven provinces are currently in Kathmandu to participate in the second meeting of the National Coordination Council.
