UML’s 11th General Convention Logo Unveiled

Chairman of the Nepal Communist Party (UML) KP Sharma Oli has unveiled the party’s upcoming 11th National Convention. Chairman Oli, who is also a former Prime Minister, unveiled the logo at a program organized by the UML’s General Convention Publicity Committee at the party office, Chyasal today.

Party Secretary and Publicity Committee Coordinator Padyama Aryal said that the logo is an artistic expression of the party’s history, movement and resolve. The logo combines the national flag, tower, five-storey palace, party election symbol, etc. in a multilingual format.

Party senior vice-chairman Ishwor Pokharel and other office bearers were present at the program. A jingle centered on the general convention was also unveiled on the same occasion. The selection of representatives in subordinate committees for the general convention to be held in Kathmandu from 10 to 12 December has been completed on 13 December.
