Balen Shah, Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has advised UML President KP Sharma Oli not to create another crisis to cover up a 10,000 crore fraud. He alleged that people who accompanied Bina to the Giribandhu T-State in Jhapa had been offered land for two years. On Facebook, Shah sarcastically stated that the Kathmandu Metropolis is rebuilding New Road, utilizing all of the state’s resources to conceal the scandal. He said that the full might of the state had been employed to construct the pathway on New Road, and that the country would be established.
